These policies apply to account registration, online ordering, checkout, delivery coordination, pickup scheduling, notifications, and customer communications for FelFel Mediterranean.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FelFel Mediterranean LLC's website, account registration, online ordering, checkout flow, delivery coordination, pickup scheduling, and related catering services. By creating an account, placing an order, or submitting checkout confirmations through the website, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to place orders on behalf of yourself or your business. You are responsible for keeping your account information, company details, delivery instructions, contact email, and phone number accurate and current.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Orders are submitted through the website and are subject to availability, delivery range, scheduling limits, and operational approval. Pricing, taxes, gratuity, delivery charges, plated service fees, same-day service fees, and add-on charges shown at checkout are part of your order total.
After checkout, FelFel may send you a payment link or invoice. If an order is not paid within 24 hours after the payment link is issued, the order may be deleted and may need to be entered again.
3. Cancellation, Changes, and Scheduling
Orders should be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to avoid restocking and preparation charges. If you pay for your order and then cancel or materially change it after that window, FelFel may charge 25% of the amount charged to your payment method.
You are responsible for reviewing the delivery or pickup date and time before submitting checkout. Selecting the wrong date or time may result in fees unless FelFel receives written confirmation of the requested change at least 24 hours before the scheduled fulfillment time.
Same-day catering orders are subject to an additional $50 charge and require direct confirmation from the FelFel team. Automated confirmations may not reflect same-day operational approval.
4. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment
Your order is considered confirmed when it has been paid in full, unless FelFel expressly confirms a different arrangement in writing. Paid confirmation may be the only confirmation sent for the order unless additional written confirmation is specifically requested.
FelFel will prepare and fulfill the order based on the information, selections, quantities, delivery instructions, and notes you submit through the website.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requests
FelFel offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-conscious options, but does not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or cross-contact-free preparation. Customers must disclose allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
6. Communications and Consent
By registering and ordering through the website, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account and orders. Email is required for account creation, order confirmations, invoices, payment requests, delivery or pickup coordination, and other service-related notices.
FelFel may use your email address to send transactional notifications and, if you opt in, email marketing messages about offers, promotions, new menu items, events, and reorder reminders. Marketing email preferences do not affect transactional emails required to operate your account or process active orders.
FelFel Catering text messaging programs may include separate optional programs for catering order updates and promotional messages. Order update texts may include order status, payment status, delivery or pickup coordination, service notices, and scheduling updates. Promotional texts may include offers, events, special menus, and reorder reminders.
By providing your phone number and separately opting into a FelFel Catering text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages for the selected program at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity, orders, promotions, and customer preferences.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact FelFel at catering@felfel-usa.com or (303) 586-5540. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text message consent is optional, is separate from these Terms, and is not required to create an account, place an order, or buy services from FelFel. Consent to receive order update texts does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages.
If FelFel offers an initial promotional coupon or similar signup incentive, eligibility may require that you opt in to both email marketing and text message marketing at the time of signup or as otherwise stated in the promotion.
FelFel does not sell your personal information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information, mobile phone numbers, and text messaging consent records are handled.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, images, menus, text, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to FelFel Mediterranean LLC. You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or exploit that content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FelFel's liability arising out of your use of the website or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. FelFel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the website or services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
