This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PARADINE LLC, doing business as FelFel Catering, collects, how it is used, when it is shared, and what choices you have when using our website, creating an account, placing orders, and communicating with our team.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact and account details such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, street address, city, ZIP code, login credentials, tax-exempt information, and order notes.

We also collect order-related information such as menu selections, quantities, delivery or pickup dates and times, signatures, invoice and payment status, delivery validation details, and communications related to your order.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage accounts, accept and process catering orders, coordinate delivery and pickup, issue invoices and payment links, validate service addresses, provide customer support, maintain internal records, prevent abuse, and improve operations.

We may also use your email address to send marketing messages if you opt in. If you separately opt into the FelFel Catering Order Updates SMS Program, we may use your mobile number to send phone verification, opt-in confirmation, payment status, order changes, preparation status, cancellation, and delivery or pickup completion messages.

3. Email and Text Message Preferences

Email is required to create an account and to place and manage online orders because we use email for account access, invoices, payment requests, order communication, and service notices. Transactional emails are not optional while your account is active or while an order is being processed.

The FelFel Catering Order Updates SMS Program is optional. Customers enroll by providing a mobile number and checking the separate text message consent box on the registration page or in their account profile. The checkbox is not required to create an account, place an order, make a purchase, or receive the welcome credit.

Message frequency varies, generally up to 10 messages per order, including phone verification and opt-in confirmation messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We keep records of text message consent events, including the date, time, phone number, IP address, user agent, and consent disclosure shown at the time of opt-in where available.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including payment processors, invoicing and accounting platforms, email providers, SMS providers, address validation services, website hosting providers, and contractors acting on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors necessary to provide the messaging service. FelFel does not send third-party or affiliate marketing messages.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to valid legal requests.

5. Payment Information

Payment information is processed through third-party payment and invoicing tools. FelFel does not represent that full card or bank account details are stored directly in our application database.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, complete transactions, maintain financial records, support repeat ordering, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to update account information, request correction of inaccurate data, or ask questions about your communication preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in the email, but service-related emails connected to your account or orders may still be sent when necessary.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
